Chair Yoga for All Levels

This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting in a chair or standing and using a chair for support and stabilization. Learn strategies to decrease stress and increase range of motion through yoga breathing and stretching. Surround yourself with the beauty of the Garden under the cover of shade. This class is held outdoors and will move indoors for inclement weather.
