Food Safety and Cottage Food Laws
This course is intended for aspiring food entrepreneurs and/or urban farmers who are hoping to create or expand their farm or local food business by providing seasonal, local food products all year long. We will cultivate an understanding of the basic techniques, food safety regulations, and business guidelines for producing value-added, local foods.
