Fennel Potato Soup

A refreshing cold soup is the perfect summertime starter, and when the days start to turn chilly, hot soups are the first item back on the menu. In this demonstration cooking class, you will learn how to make two cold soups perfect for hot weather: gazpacho and cold pea soup with mint. Then, looking ahead to fall, you will also make a classic French vegetable soup that uses the best of the autumn harvest, soupe au pistou.
