Methods to roast vegetables and proteins in the oven and air fryer, basic techniques to prepare a homemade vinaigrette, and safe knife skills will be explained. Featured recipes include salmon patties; roasted summer vegetables such as zucchini, squash, and onions; a dill yogurt sauce; and seasonal fresh salad.
