Breathe deeply while moving and stretching to release tension and balance the body. Then settle into the powerful practice of yoga sleep, also known as yoga nidra. This is a deeply restful meditation in which you are verbally led through deeper stages of consciousness that systematically integrate body, energy, and mind. Bring your yoga mat.
