Gentle Yoga

Experience gentle yoga for well-being, a relaxing and inclusive experience designed for all levels of fitness. Enjoy a combination of gentle breathing, stretching, meditation, and relaxation with attention placed on the seated and reclining postures. Come and enjoy a sense of peace and balance. Participants need to be able to transition between standing and seated positions during class. Bring a yoga mat.
