New! Sweet and pillowy challah, made from a dough enriched with eggs and honey, is attainable at home with practice. In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn about the basics of yeast breads, including gluten activity, proofing, shaping, baking, and storing. After watching a demonstration on mixing, weighing, shaping, and braiding the dough, you will participate in rolling and shaping the bread. Plus, take home yummy portions of bread to enjoy.
