Hands-on Cooking: Chocolate and Vanilla

New! Spend an evening making delicious desserts in this cooking class. Learn to use fresh vanilla beans and separate eggs. Recipes include mango upside-down cake with vanilla bean rum butter sauce and chocolate pavé with crème anglaise. Take home a sample of double-chocolate coconut macaroons and yellow cupcakes with buttercream frosting. Alcohol will be served in this class; participants must be 21 years of age or older.
