Creeping Thyme

This creeping thyme cultivar is used as a filler between paving stones and as a ground cover (it will tolerate light foot traffic and release a wonderful herby fragrance when stepped on). It can grow to 6" tall and 18” wide. Tiny, pale pinkish-white flowers appear on the stem ends in summer. It grows in average, dry to medium, well-drained soils in full sun and can tolerate drought and soils of low fertility. It will rot in moist to wet soils. Cut back stems as necessary to maintain plant appearance and size.
