Spikes of bright red flowers in fall contrast with the yellow-and-green variegated foliage on this nonhardy perennial. Insect pollinators and hummingbirds are strongly attracted to the flowers. Plant this salvia in a sunny location for best coloration of the variegated leaves. It's insect and pest resistant.
