Nevada Hybrid Moyesii Rose

Pedro Dot of Spain created this Moyesii Hybrid shrub rose in 1927. It features fat, light- pink buds that open to semi-double creamy white petals surrounding a boss of yellow stamens. "Nevada" in Spanish translates to "snow" in English. Plant this rose in full sun, in moderately rich, moisture-retentive yet well-drained soil, and provide a location with opportunities for plenty of air movement around the plant to decrease the incidence of foliar diseases like black spot and powdery mildew.
