Climbing Hybrid Tea Rose

COMPASSION® is an award-winning climber and you can see why. The large, very double flowers blend shadings of apricot, copper and gold in a classic hybrid tea rose form. The fragrance is an award winner on its own...an inviting blend of peach and honey. Trained on an arbor or a building wall, it can reach 15 feet. To fit it into a border or a tall obelisk, you can easily keep it to 10 feet. Just remember its sturdy upright habit. It doesn't have the kind of flexible canes to spread gracefully along a  low wall.

Like all roses, COMPASSION® needs full sun and rich, moist for best performance. It shows good disease resistance, but do try to give it enough space so air can circulate freely. And fertilize when it begins to leaf out, and again midsummer.
