Savage Splendor Tree Peony

Large ruffled ivory flowers are veined and edged in deep rose and lavender on this hybrid tree peony with a light lemony fragrance. Take extra time to prepare the planting site with organic matter and slow release inorganic fertilizers as peonies dislike root disturbance and transplanting. Full sun is required to produce the best blooms. This cultivar is among the last of the peonies to flower in late spring/early summer and is rarely damaged by cold weather.
