Omomuki Daylily

Omomuki daylily has yellow flowers with a green throat in early mid season. The flowers measure 5 inches across and remain open for 16 hours or more. They are delightfully fragrant. Although each flower lasts only one day, there are multiple buds on each stalk and several stalks on each plant. The buds open in series, so a single plant will continue to bloom for 2 weeks or more. It may re-bloom. It is easy to grow and does well in full sun to part shade. 'Omomuki' has been awarded Honorable Mention by the American Hemerocallis Society.
