Sepember Charm Japanese Anemone

'September Charm' Japanese anemone begin producing their large pink flowers atop long wiry stems that dance in the breeze in late summer and continue until frost. A hardy perennial, this species requires constantly moist soils in a slightly shaded setting. The plant will slowly clump up over time if it is moderately satisfied with the site you have selected or will rapidly increase clump size if it is very satisfied with its location. Unsatisfactory locations result in plant death; this is not a plant for a slow lingering death.
