This tree matures into a medium (50 feet tall, 32 feet wide) with a rounded crown. It blooms in May and June with panicles of pale yellow flowers. The medium green foliage turns yellow, orange and gold in the fall. This tree prefers full sun and well-drained, fertile soil.
