Autumn Moon Fullmoon Maple

This maple is very similar to Acer japonicum and is also known commonly as the full moon maple. It can reach a height of 12 feet with a spread of 8 feet. Reddish-purple flowers give way to samaras that mature to red. The round, palmate leaves are bright yellow to burnt orange, sometimes with orange, salmon and chartreuse highlights. Fall color is can vary from shades of gold to red.
