  In this gentle class, learn a selection of the 24 Yang forms to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation, while seated in a chair or using a cane for support. Emphasizing mindful movement and mental focus, this class offers a supportive environment for all participants. Chairs are provided, and canes are optional—please bring your own cane if you would like to use one.
- 8 Tuesdays, July 8 – September 2, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. (no class August 12) or
- 8 Tuesdays, October 7 – December 9, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. (no class November 4 and 25)
