Using the tools of movement, awareness, visualization, and concentration, we work through the body’s conscious and subconscious layers of resistance to release its deeply held tensions. When tension is released and we are fully present, the breath will flow without limits or boundaries. Truly relax and open into your natural state of being, a feeling of peace and harmony in our lives. Bring a yoga mat or towel.
