Hands-On Cooking: Regional American

New! Spend a fun night out making and tasting the best bites from across the country at this cooking class. Featured recipes will highlight regional favorites such as Vermont cheddar mac and cheese; spiced maple cocktail ribs; chicken, pepper, and avocado tostaditas; lobster and mango spring rolls; and heartland five-bean salad with creamy garlic dressing. Learn how to cook a lobster, work with spring roll wrappers, prepare a basic cheese sauce, and blanch vegetables. Alcohol will be served at this class; participants must be 21 years of age or older.
