The Chicago Botanic Garden’s online botanical drawing class is a virtual experience you can take anywhere!
Strong drawing is the cornerstone of botanical art. You will work in pencil, covering the fundamentals of proportion, line, tone, dimensionality, and expression. Subject matter includes live specimens, flowers, seeds, and fruit. A supply list will be sent.
This class will be taught online via Zoom. All registrations must be submitted online two days before your class starts. Registered students will receive login instructions one day in advance.
