Small reddish flowers cover this low growing drought tolerant groundcover in summer followed by brilliant red leaf color in fall. Needs full sun but is not fussy as to soils as long as they are well drained. Rabbits and deer avoid the foliage. Does not tolerate mulches and tree leaves in fall should be removed.
