Carolina Silverbell

The Carolina silverbell is an unusual and seldom-used small flowering tree. In a garden, it will grow to 25 to 40' tall, and it has a nice rounded habit. Use it as a specimen plant or in a naturalistic garden. In April and May, tiny white, bell-shaped flowers dangle from the plant's branches. Fall color varies from yellow to yellowish-green. A fine early spring-flowering small tree.
