Tokyo Wood Fern

The Tokyo wood fern is native to the moist woodlands of Japan and Korea where it thrives in the partial shade, rich humus of the forest floor and protection from drying winds. This fern has medium green fronds and grows in a vase form to 3 feet in height and width. The overall size and form of the Tokyo wood fern make this a striking specimen plant or addition to a shade garden where it provides a strong vertical element. It is easy to cultivate if the right conditions are provided
