Join Jean M. Franczyk, president and CEO of the Garden, for a behind-the-scenes experience at the Farm on Ogden. Opened in 2018, this community-based project of the Garden and the Lawndale Christian Health Center supports and sustains a healthy urban community by bringing food, health, and jobs together in one location. You will have the opportunity to harvest the first lettuce crop from the Farm’s aquaponics system. Tours and light snacks are included. This event begins at 10 a.m. and has limited space. Questions?
