Bees, butterflies, and beetles— oh my! Did you know Chicago Botanic Garden is teeming with wildlife? Native bees and other pollinators including butterflies, hummingbirds, and beetles thrive at the Garden. Join Negaunee Institute scientist Dr. Nick Dorian for a 30-minute safari in the Native Plant Garden. Meet these friendly pollinator neighbors, learn about their relationships with flowers, and discover how home gardens can help support these important insects.
Free; regular parking and admission fees apply. Meet at the Pollinator Safari sign in the Native Plant Garden. Pre-registration is not required.
Note: If winds are 20 or more miles per hour or if there is heavy rain, the program will be cancelled.
