Orchid Show Ticket Exchange

Step 1: Locate your ticket confirmation number on your purchase order confirmation email.

Step 2: On purchase confirmation email, select Change Visit Date link.

Step 2: On your purchase confirmation email, select Change Visit Date link to Find Order web page.

Step 3: "Find your order" page will start the exchange process.

Step 3: Enter your order number in the Find your order input field and click FIND ORDER.

Step 4: Enter the purchase confirmation number in the provided "Find your order" input field.

Step 4: Review your original order. You may expand each line to review details. Check the Select All box and click SELECT NEW DATE/TIME button to change Orchid Show tickets..

Step 5: Review your original order on the "View Purchase History" page.

Step 5: Choose a new date and time for your Orchid Show Tickets. Repeat these steps for General Admission and Parking sections.

Note that the changes will only be applied to your order after checkout.

Step 6: Expand the ticket view to show ticket details. To change the date and time, Select New Date/Time/ button.

Step 6: Please confirm the details before clicking CHECKOUT.

Note that the Shopping Cart contains details of both the replaced ticket, the new one, and any fees included in the exchange.
