ingredients

3 cups jicama, peeled & julienned

1 cup carrots, peeled & julienned

2 cups oranges, peeled & sliced

1 cup apple, julienned

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 tablespoons orange juice

1 1/2 teaspoons honey

2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix jicama, corrots, apples, and oranges.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine oil, orange juice, honey, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Pour mixture over salad and toss lightly.
  4. Serve immediately or chill and serve cold. Enjoy!

3 tazas de jícama, pelada y cortada en julianas

1 taza de zanahorias, peladas y en julianas

2 tazas de naranjas, peladas y en rodajas

1 taza de manzana, cortada en julianas

2 cucharaditas de aceite de oliva

2 cucharadas de jugo de naranja

1 1/2 cucharaditas de miel

2 cucharaditas de jugo de limón

Instrucciones

  1. En un tazón grande, mezcle la jícama, las zanahorias, las manzanas y las naranjas.
  2. En un tazón pequeño, combine el aceite, el jugo de naranja, la miel y el jugo de limón. Mezcle bien.
  3. Vieta la mezcla sobre la ensalada y mezcla suavemente.
  4. Sirva inmediatamente o refrigere y sirva fría. ¡Buen provecho!
