Puffed Sorghum

ingredients

1/2 C sorghum

1/4 C canola oil 

Picked herbs

  • cilantro, thai basil, mint

Instructions

  1. Heat oil to 400 degrees.  
  2. Test one kernel.  
  3. Poor all sorghum into hot oil.  
  4. Remove from heat.  
  5. Pour through sieve.  
  6. Season hot sorghum with kosher salt
