Serves: 8 ingredients1 T canola oil2 cloves garlic1 inch fresh ginger2 T green curry paste2 C coconut milk1 T agave1/2 C frozen green peas InstructionsChop the garlic and ginger and sauté under low heat until aromatic.Add green curry paste and fry until aromatic and lightly toasted.Deglaze with kombu dashi.Add coconut milk and agave and let simmer for 5 minutes.Put in blender with thawed peas and puree thoroughly.
