The Peppermint Surprise Lily is native to China. Like all lycoris, the foliage emerges in early spring. This one blooms in late summer to early fall with a cluster of white flowers on 20 inch stems. Each flower has a pink-red stripe down the center. It is hardy to Zone 6a.
