Paprika Flame Daylily

Paprika Flame daylily has red flowers with a slightly darker eye and midribs. The flowers have a gold edge above a gold throat. The blooms are doubles, full and fluffy. They measure 4.5 inches and appear in mid season. In milder climates the foliage is green all year round. 'Paprika Flame' is a striking addition to any garden. Although each flower lasts only one day, there are multiple buds on each stalk and several stalks on each plant. The buds open in series, so a single plant will continue to bloom for 2 weeks or more. It is easy to grow and does well in full sun to part shade.
