Variegated Japanese Horsechestnut
This buckeye is native to Japan and China. It is large (60 feet high, 40 feet wide) compared to other buckeyes. It blooms with panicles of white flowers in the spring and has irregular white blotches on its leaves. It prefers moist, well drained soil in full sun. It should be noted that the fruits and leaves of this tree are poisonous.
