Seasons of Grief: Nature’s Healing Power

New! Immersion in nature offers healing and connection to those who are grieving. Identify nature-based strategies to incorporate into your self-care. Explore current grief theory—including the importance of nature in healing—through discussion, readings, guided walks through the Garden, meditation, observation, and journaling. While this is not a grief therapy group, you will have opportunities to share your own experiences of loss and healing in a facilitated group setting.
