Yoga Flow Intermediate

9 – 10 a.m. or 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
The Yoga Flow series combines movement linked to the breath, working your body while engaging your mind. If you have already taken Beginner Flow, or have comparable experience, you will find this course to be a more exhilarating, challenging Flow series where you can develop stamina and build strength. Bring a yoga mat. When the weather permits, class may be held outdoors.
