Therapeutic Horticulture

Therapeutic Horticulture Program

Enrich your wellbeing with Therapeutic Horticulture, a unique program that uses plant-based activities to foster relaxation, reduce stress, and improve physical and mental health. These sessions also promote teamwork and connection, creating opportunities for groups to collaborate while cultivating and caring for green spaces.

Led by expert Therapeutic Horticulture Coordinators, our workshops are thoughtfully tailored to meet participants’ needs and can be hosted at our Farm on Ogden headquarters, the Buehler Enabling Garden at the Chicago Botanic Garden, or partner facilities across the Chicago area.  As a leader in therapeutic horticulture, we provide inclusive, impactful experiences for individuals and groups of all abilities.
