This plant is a native of Tibet, Bhutan and China where is loved for its beautiful spring blossoms.

These tree peonies are a selection of pink flowering peonies. They are deciduous shrubs that have woody stems unlike bush peonies which dies back to the ground in the winter. They can grow to five feet tall and four feet wide in moist, well-drained soil.
