Lightscape ticket exchange is offered online.

Follow these easy steps to change your Lightscape event date and time, or download the PDF with the same instructions.

Step 1: Locate your ticket confirmation number on your purchase order confirmation email.

Step 2: On purchase confirmation email, select Change Visit Date link.

Step 6: Expand the ticket view to show ticket details. To change the date and time, Select New Date/Time/ button.

Step 8: New price information is shown. Prices differ from off-peak to standard date. Select Go to Cart button.

Step 10: Email 2. Receive new purchase confirmation email, confirmation number remains the same with updated ticket information.

Step 11: Receive new your new Lightscape ticket QR codes. Process is complete and you are ready to enjoy the Lightscape experience.
