Registration and Cancellation Policies

Nature Preschool

Based on recommendations from state and local public health officials to help slow the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), in the event we are unable to offer in-person classes at the Garden this fall, you will be eligible to receive a full refund for any tuition payments made.

If Nature Preschool has a delayed start, you may choose to remain on the roster until classes begin or drop your spot with a full tuition refund. Tuition will be prorated if there is a delayed start.

If Nature Preschool is open, and you decide you would like to delay your child’s start date due to COVID-19 and hold your spot, your tuition paid to date will be held as a credit on file. Please notify the director by August 3 of your anticipated start date. Upon the new start date your tuition will be prorated.

If Nature Preschool is open, and you decide that you do not want to send your child to preschool due to COVID-19, you will receive a full tuition refund. Please notify the director by August 3. You may apply your 2020-21 registration fee to the 2021-22 school year. Registration fees are not refundable.

Programs canceled by the Garden due to low enrollment will automatically be fully refunded. To cancel, please call (847) 835-6801 or notify Ann Halley at
