Aethra Squill
This cultivar, a possible hybrid of Scilla bifolia and Scilla forbesii, is small but showy, with bright blue flowers centered with a white spot near the base. The white stamens are bunched together and tipped in yellow. According to Odyssey Bulbs, it appeared as a spontaneous seedling in the garden of Arnis Seisums. Aethra was a figure from Greek mythology.
