Lie down surrounded by vibrant orchids while experiencing the powerful frequencies of the crystal singing bowls. As the sound evolves, practice the art of acceptance and become aware of sensations, thoughts, emotions, and memories that arise and give way to a deep state of relaxation. No skills, abilities, or beliefs are required to participate and/or benefit from the experience. Class includes private admission to Nichols Hall, a part of the Orchid Show experience, after the show has closed for the day. Admission to the full Orchid Show is not included. You may bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, and/or a pillow; chairs are also available.
