In this cooking class, learn how to harvest, clean, cut, and prepare both the colorful beetroot and its gorgeous greens. Discover how to use both the beet greens and beet root with a variety of cooking techniques. Enjoy dishes like roasted beets with ricotta and hazelnuts, beet brownies, braised beets with fresh dill, salad with blanched beets, and beet greens with labneh dressing.
