New! Get an early start on your holiday menu planning. In this hands-on class, Emily Paster will teach you how to make and preserve a zesty orange-ginger cranberry sauce that is perfect for your holiday feast or edible gifting using seasonal Wisconsin cranberries. The class will also cover water-bath canning, a safe and easy method of home food preservation, including safety, dos and don’ts, and equipment needs. Each student will make and take home a jar of cranberry relish.
