Introduce your students to a variety of typical as well as unusual data collection techniques that scientists have used to understand diversity and interactions in the natural world. Learn to measure and analyze the amount of life in a square meter using science tools, digital devices, mustard, and the practices of science. Compare quadrants, transect lines, and other sampling methods.
