New! Begin the year with mindful breathing and gentle yoga to release tension and restore balance in the body. Then, settle into a restorative posture for yoga nidra, or yoga sleep, a deeply restful meditation. During this practice, we will set heartfelt intentions (sankalpa) to carry into the new year. Bring your yoga mat and a blanket. All skill levels welcome.
