This class combines breathing, stretching, meditation and relaxation from your own home. Move through a series of yoga poses and breathing exercises designed for this live, interactive format. Please ensure we have your current email on file, as this is how we will send login instructions to you prior to class. All registrations must be submitted online two days before your class starts. All are welcome.
