Private Photography Rental:
Groups of up to 20 people can have exclusive access to the butterfly exhibition prior to opening to the public.

Tripods are only allowed in the Butterflies & Blooms exhibition if you are booking a private rental.
Volunteers are needed daily to welcome, direct and inform Garden visitors at the Butterflies and Blooms exhibition.
High School and College Students are also encouraged to apply.

Butterflies & Blooms is a butterfly exhibition where visitors can immerse themselves in a habitat filled with hundreds of live butterflies. This exhibition is filled with species native to South America, Asia, North America, and Africa, as well as those native to Illinois. The 2,800-square-foot white mesh enclosure is located on the lawn of the Learning Campus.
Up to 500 butterflies can be seen at any one visit. Visitors can also observe butterflies hatching through a window into the pupa emergence room.
