This New England Aster forms a robust semi-woody clump (4 feet tall, 4 feet wide) that blooms with fine-petaled rose-pink flowers from late summer into fall. It is tolerant of wet conditions and is mildew resistant. Pinch back until 4th of July. This will produce denser and more compact plants. It can be divided every 2-3 years in spring. It prefers full sun in average, well-drained soil. It work well as a border or mixed-in other garden locations.
