To assist with all gift processing, gift reporting, gift fulfillment and related special projects for the Member and Donor Services Department. This is a full-time position scheduled to work Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Duties and Responsibilities: 

In this role you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Assist will the processing, fulfillment and receipting of all gifts for the Development Department, adhering to institutional data processing/accounting procedures and generating the appropriate monthly reports.
  • Assist with the streamlining of all related services and integration of all daily functions into the Member and Donor Services processing, fulfillment and reporting system under the guidance of the Manager and Coordinator, Member and Donor Services.
  • Provide additional services as needed for Membership and Development, including support and development of the Tribute Gift Program, year-end appeal and ongoing maintenance of individual records/Raiser’s Edge database.
  • Donor customer service.
  • Support all aspects of departmental sales program, growth of the donor base and member/donor event cycle as needed.
  • Other duties as required

Our ideal candidate will have the following:


  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience working with management staff, donors, and knowledge of accounting procedures.
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and database systems.
  • Proficient in time management.
  • Ability to deal with staff, members, donors, and potential donors in a professional manner.
  • Must handle cash and credit card receipts with integrity.


Physical Demands: 
Office setting. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, listening, speaking, and keyboarding. Use of office equipment including computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, and fax machines. Some requirements for lifting, pushing, or pulling items less than 30 pounds.
