 Lightscape Seasonal Employment Opportunities

Seasonal Lightscape Hourly Wage = $17

1 Shift = Approximately 8 Hours 

In addition to your hourly wage you can earn Thank You Pay during Lightscape. The more shifts you work during Lightscape, the more Thank You Pay you earn. Thank You Pay will be paid out January 27, 2023 based on the number of shifts you work.

How It Works
  10 shifts = $20 per each shift (must work 10 shifts)
  11 – 20 shifts = $30 per each shift
  21+ shifts = $40 per each shift

Thank You Pay Example 1
  15 shifts at $30 per shift = $450 Thank You Pay (in addition to your regular hourly wage).
  Thank You Pay Example 2:
  21 shifts at $40 per shift = $840 Thank You Pay (in addition to your regular hourly wage).

Holiday Pay Bonus

Earn a flat $150 for every 2 holidays that you work. This is in addition to Thank You Pay per shift. The dates are: November 11, November 23, November 25, December 26, December 30, December 31, January 1, 2023 and January 2, 2023.

Call In

Employees who are called in to fill a shift last-minute shift will receive $40 Thank You Pay. This is in addition to regular Thank You Pay per shift.

Employee Referral Bonus

Employees who refer someone who is hired and commits to and works at least 10 shifts and you will earn a $300 referral bonus. The hired employee will receive a $150 signing bonus. The deadline is December 2. 

(Referred applicant has not worked at the Garden for the last 2 years. When the referred applicant fills out application, they should list your full name when asked, “Were you referred by a Garden employee?”

Referral and sign-on bonus will be paid on January 27 paycheck. Referred applicant needs to have applied by December 2, 2022.)
